Dhanjyah (Pearl Donation) Jatra

 आज खोकनामा धँःज्याः ( नासपाती दान) जात्रा मनाउदै~

वर्ष दिनभित्र मरेका मान्छेको दिवंगत आफन्तको सम्झनामा मनाईने धार्मिक साँस्कृतिक तथा ऐतिहासिक महत्व बोकेकेको सापारू पर्ब काठमाण्डौ उपत्यकाका हामी मुलावासी नेवारहरूको मौलिक चाड हो ,जुन जात्रा भाद्र शुक्ल प्रतिपदा अर्थात क्वाति पुन्हि भोलिपल्ट मनाईने गरिन्छ |

तर खोकनामा सापारूको दिन धँः ज्या (फलफुलको जात्रा) मनाउने गर्दछन । यस दिन मृत आत्माको शान्ति र शिबलोक प्राप्तिको लागि मृतकका परिवारले बिहानै देखि टोल टोलमा रहेको मठ मन्दिर ,चीबा द्द्द्यो ,चैत्य ,बहाल र बिहारहरूमा परिक्रमा गर्ने गरिन्छ र बिहानको १० -११ बजे तिर प्रत्येक टोल टोलमा मृतकका परिवारले विशेषत:सानो र ठुलो केराउ देवतालाई चढाएर दान दिने प्रचलन छ र सक्नेले आफ्नो मनखुसीले जे पनि दान गर्न ल्याउने गरिन्छ भने मृतकको घरबाट भने सक्दो नासपाती (फलफुल ) नै दान गर्नु पर्ने चल्न छ |

धँः ज्या को भोलि पल्ट खोकनामा सापारू निकालिन्छ । यस दिन प्रत्येक मृतकका घरबाट एक जोडी गाई बनि, दाफा बाजको धुनमा टोल टोलबाट सामुहिक रोपाई जात्रा निकालिन्छ ।
